This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all users of the GB Taleem mobile application and website (https://gbtaleem.com).

1. Free Content

Most of the educational content on GB Taleem is provided free of cost.

For free services:

  • No payment is required

  • No refund or cancellation applies

2. Paid Services (If Applicable)

If GB Taleem offers any paid features in the future (such as premium courses, subscriptions, or study materials), the following terms will apply.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel a subscription at any time through:

  • Google Play Store (for Android app subscriptions)

  • The account settings within the app (if available)

After cancellation:

  • Access will continue until the end of the current billing period

  • No further charges will be made

4. Refund Policy

Google Play Purchases

All purchases made through Google Play Store are subject to Google Play’s refund policies.

GB Taleem does not directly process refunds for Play Store transactions.

To request a refund:

  • Visit Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions

  • Follow Google’s refund process

5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Partially used subscriptions

  • Accidental purchases after Google’s refund window

  • Free content

6. Service Changes or Discontinuation

GB Taleem reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any service

  • Change pricing or features at any time

Such changes do not automatically entitle users to refunds unless required by law.

7. Technical Issues

If a user faces technical issues that prevent access to paid content, they may contact us for support.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue but refunds are not guaranteed.
